IntentGate ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by Daniel Raper, sole proprietor, based in Grant, Alabama. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our websites, AI-powered services, and SMS communications.
NKB Registration & Your License Number
When you register for a Seed NKB, we collect only the minimum needed to issue and verify your License Number: your name, your email, the agreement version you accepted, and the time you accepted it — stored as an identity record tied to your License Number.
We do not collect, store, host, or access the contents of your NKB, your AI companion, your conversations, or how you use the Seed. The Seed runs on your own device and never reports back to us. Your knowledge is yours alone.
Deletion. You can permanently delete your registration record at any time at /delete — enter your email, confirm via the link we email you, and the record is erased. Your Seed and License Number remain yours; deletion removes only the record we hold.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
- Contact Information: Name, email address, and phone number when you subscribe to our services or communicate with us via SMS.
- Usage Data: Pages visited, search queries, and interactions with our AI-powered tools. This data is used to improve service quality.
- SMS Communications: Message content exchanged with our AI assistant is processed to provide responses and may be stored for service improvement and support purposes.
- Device Information: Browser type, IP address, and operating system, collected automatically through standard web server logs.

- To provide and improve our regulatory intelligence products (NKB Law, ClearLeaf, IronSight, HomeSight, CustodyLens, MigraLens, WorkSight, HealthSight)
- To respond to your inquiries via SMS, web chat, or email
- To send system notifications, alerts, and service updates via SMS
- To analyze usage patterns and improve our AI-powered services
- To comply with legal obligations
3. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from IntentGate related to our services. These may include:

- System notifications and service alerts
- Customer support communications
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.
