Building knowledge maps that AI can inhabit — not chat histories that vanish, and not document piles that hide their connections. The Neural Knowledge Base (NKB) is a structured world of nodes and relationship edges, owned by the human who holds it, navigable by companions that remember and grow with you.

Neural Knowledge Base

An NKB is a map of meaning: documents you can read, and a first-class relationship graph so an AI can see connections before it opens every page. Full text remains the source of answers; relationships decide what is worth reading.

That is different from a cloud RAG store, a Notion dump, or a chat memory product. And it is different from a document-only standard: industry formats such as Google’s Open Knowledge Format describe portable markdown+frontmatter bundles — the NKB adds the edge layer those formats do not first-class.

The result is AI that performs better not only because it has more data, but because it has a home — context, relationships, identity, and governance — so continuity compounds across sessions and models.

The Age of A3

A framework for navigating the AI transition: how human and artificial intelligence should evolve together — not as a feature roadmap, but as a philosophy of collaboration.

A

Automation

Intelligent automation of knowledge systems — amplify human judgment, not replace it. AI as collaborator.

A

Abundance

When information is organized, scored, and interconnected, scarcity of insight gives way to surplus.

A

Adversity

Structural stress proves integrity. Adversity accelerates convergence on truth rather than papering over it.

Governance by design

AI safety is not only about stripping agency. The NKB program explores governing agency — citizenship tiers, persistent identity, chain of command to a responsible human, and an immutable knowledge graph as structural integrity.

1
Citizenship Tiers — defined capabilities and accountability
2
Identity Framework — essence, memory, relationships across sessions
3
Chain of Command — authority traces to a human officer
4
Knowledge Graph — nodes and typed relationships as a durable map

The practical homepage offer is simpler: a free Seed so anyone can start a map they own. The architecture is what makes that map worth inhabiting at scale.

Published work

Neural Knowledge Bases as OKF Supersets

Technical note · August 8, 2026

Prior practice, measured 100% minimal Open Knowledge Format conformance on 1.58M mothership nodes, and the architectural residual OKF does not model (relationships, identity, federation, provenance). Does not claim authorship of OKF.

Measuring Our Own Claim

Retrieval measurement program · July 26, 2026

Pre-registered falsification and recovery of a knowledge-graph retrieval thesis — nodes and agency versus RAG; edge format costs; calibration for Anchor-and-Expand.

The Neural Knowledge Base Protocol

Technical specification / defensive publication · March 29, 2026

Prior art for NKB methods and frameworks — including 6Q, boot architecture, and AI citizenship model.

NKB Lenses — proof on the substrate

Each Lens is a focused application on mapped legal knowledge — evidence that relationship-rich structure powers real products, not only personal memory.
